In stock pieces and orders cancelled within 14 days are eligible for a full refund. All custom pieces or pieces that have been altered are not eligible for a refund and sales are final.
If you would like to return an item from your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order information and within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange either an exchange or full refund.
In your box you’ll find a pre-paid return label and returns form. Please fill out the form and secure the label on the original packaging. The item must be unworn, in its new original packing and within 14 days from the date of receipt (for orders placed online) or the date of purchase if the item was purchased in store.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not take responsibility for the shipping of the items to us, and are only responsible once your item has arrived with us. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive the package, we will inform you and will update you when we have issued a refund for the returned item. Your refund will be processed and automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-9 working days.
