Shipping times are for items purchased online. Shipping times for fitted, altered and custom orders vary, depending on the specific details of the order.

Shipping costs
Delivery is free of charge for all orders above ₪950 / $350
Estimated shipping costs for the following countries:
Israel: ₪20
United States & Canada: $30
Europe: $30
Australia - $50
Shipping charges vary depending on which part of Europe you are shipping to.
Please be sure to enter your correct address and mobile number when prompted at the checkout as the courier service may need to contact you.
Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.
If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Returns
In stock pieces and orders cancelled within 14 days are eligible for a full refund. All custom pieces or pieces that have been altered are not eligible for a refund and sales are final.
If you would like to return an item from your order, please contact us at info@ellalevy.com with your order information and within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange either an exchange or full refund.
In your box you’ll find a pre-paid return label and returns form. Please fill out the form and secure the label on the original packaging. The item must be unworn, in its new original packing and within 14 days from the date of receipt (for orders placed online) or the date of purchase if the item was purchased in store.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not take responsibility for the shipping of the items to us, and are only responsible once your item has arrived with us. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
